About me
I am a close, creative, intuitive and cheerful girl, who has grown from contact and relationships with others. I love being surrounded by the people I love.
During my career I had the opportunity to be trained in different schools of psychology, with the luck of meeting Humanist Psychology. From this field I found a way to understand the human being that fits with my way of being, my way of relating to others and my understanding of people. Through this I have been able to feel psychology as something important both professionally and personally.
My understanding of the therapeutic process
For me, therapy is a journey into our inner self. A journey in which we can travel through everything that is in us and make sense of it: possible difficulties, sufferings or obstacles both now and in our past that are hindering our personal growth. The aim of the trip is to be able to visit and resolve those obstacles in the way to continue growing from the full potential we each have.
The therapist is the accompanying person on the trip, a companion who provides security, respect and company at all times. It allows the person to visit the places they feel necessary, always following their footsteps and giving support in those that seem more difficult to enter.
It is from the relationship of authenticity, respect, understanding and acceptance between the traveler and his companion that growth is possible.
